Posters are shared as PDFs in the online workshop platform, in the Posters tab. Inside the Posters tab, you will see an option to sort by Early Career or General. Click Presentation Details to see the full poster details, and the magnifying glass icon to view the poster full-screen.
Posters are available throughout the conference, as well as 2 weeks afterward, in this platform.
During two scheduled Poster Sessions, presenters will be available in Zoom (in breakout rooms for each presenter) to share their posters and answer questions. To access Zoom links, please register for the conference here: http://infews.princeton.edu/register/
Poster session dates and times:
Early Career Session: Feb. 9, 3:30-4:30 pm ET
General Session: Feb. 9, 4:30-5:30 pm ET
Poster Awards: Feb. 10, 4:15-4:45 pm ET
Poster awards
On Feb. 10, 4:15-4:45 pm ET, the poster committee (Frank Chaplen, Yuyu Zhou, Janette Thompson, and Jennifer Adam) will present awards to the Early Career poster presenters in these categories: Best Overall Poster and Presenter, Best Poster, and Best Presenter. We will also recognize the top audience poster commenter (person who fills out feedback form on the most posters).
Award-winning early career poster presenters will give a 1-minute talk about their work (they will be notified by the committee ahead of time to prepare).
We encourage workshop attendees to engage with poster presenters (during the Early Career session on Feb. 9) and rate early career posters. Judges will use a similar rubric in their poster evaluations, and will take attendee feedback into consideration
